2. Principles of processing
We process personal data only to the extent required for the secure operation of this website, the provision of our content and the handling of inquiries. The legal bases include in particular Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by one.com. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically required connection data. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, the requested resource, transferred data volume, browser and operating system, as well as a previously visited page where this information is technically transmitted.
The processing serves the secure, stable and error free provision of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The storage period depends on the technical purpose and the contractual requirements of the hosting provider.
4. Backups
one.com creates automated backups of the web space and databases. These may be retained for a limited period to restore data after technical errors or security incidents.
Additional manual backups are created only where required for restoration, migration or troubleshooting. They are deleted once the relevant purpose no longer applies and no legal obligations require further retention.
5. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process your contact details and the content of the communication in order to handle your inquiry. If the inquiry concerns the initiation or performance of a contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in appropriate business communication pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We use Microsoft 365 for business email communication. Microsoft processes the required data on our behalf under its contractual data protection terms for Microsoft products and services. Data residency commitments within the EU and EEA apply to the Microsoft cloud. Limited processing outside this area may take place under the contractual safeguards provided for this purpose.
Communication is deleted once the inquiry has been fully handled and no statutory retention obligation or legitimate interest requires further storage.
6. Contact form
Through the contact form, we process your name, optional organization, email address, subject and message. The information is used to handle the inquiry and is transmitted through Microsoft 365 to info@agilernen.de. Transfer to a CRM, newsletter service or marketing platform is not intended.
Contact form submissions are not stored permanently in the WordPress database. The technical check against automated submissions is performed without analytics or advertising tracking.
7. Technically required functions
WordPress, Elementor and the hosting provider process technically required information in the browser or on the server in order to provide the website, implement security functions and process the contact form. Analytics, advertising and profiling are not intended.
8. Fonts and external content
The website does not load fonts from external font providers. Locally available system fonts are used. Social network content is not embedded.
9. External links
The website may contain links to external profiles, in particular LinkedIn. You leave our website only when you click such a link. The privacy terms of the respective provider then apply to any subsequent processing.
10. Recipients and processors
Recipients of personal data may include one.com for hosting and technical operation, as well as Microsoft for email transmission and storage. Other recipients receive data only where legally permitted, required for contract performance or initiated by you.
11. Transfers outside the EU and EEA
Where a service processes data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, this takes place only in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and contractual safeguards.
12. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have in particular the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, contact info@agilernen.de.
13. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular with the authority responsible for your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
14. Updates to this policy
We update this privacy policy when technical functions, services used or legal requirements change.
